Heisman Watch: Henry Running Away
By Jacob Brandwein

1. Derrick Henry, RB, Alabama

Last Week: 271 Rushing Yards & 1 Touchdown in win vs. Auburn

Outlook: Derrick Henry had yet another ridiculous performance in the Iron Bowl. He is the odds on Heisman winner as long as there's no injury or hiccup in the SEC championship game.

Stock: Steady

2. Baker Mayfield, QB, Oklahoma

Last Week: 257 total yards & 3 touchdowns in win vs. Oklahoma State

Outlook: Mayfield is the next man in line for the heisman in my eyes should Henry stumble. I mean he's having a great season and has been the leader behind a surging Oklahoma team. There's a lot to be said about his intensity and obviously his skill set.

Stock: Steady

3. Deshaun Watson, QB, Clemson

Last Week: 393 total yards & 4 touchdowns in win vs. South Carolina

Outlook: Watson continues to have a great season in where Clemson is one game away from punching their ticket to the college football playoff. With a big game against North Carolina, he could gain some ground in the heisman race should Derrick Henry stumble.

New York Invites

Ezekiel Elliot

Christian McCaffery
